According to the Star yesterday, Muhyiddin was said to have indicated that the respons from many people was for him to contest for the higher post in UMNO ( No. 1 or No. 2).
Today, in Utusan Malaysia he said that he never mentioned to contest for the higher post in UMNO election and asking UMNO members to focus to unite the party. It is up to them to support, he said.
p/s: He is already gained support from the grassroot. I think he should go.

Masalah dgn Muhyiddin ni kalau nak bertanding jawatan Timbalan ke Presiden ke cakap je la, kan kita ni orang Melayu Islam diajar bercakap benar walaupun pahit! Tak payah la nak berpolitik dalam suasana UMNO yang tengah tenat ni. Cuba la sekali dalam hidup orang politik bercakap benar kepada ahli-ahli di bawah, tak payah nak cakap berpusing-pusing. Grassroot sekarang ni bertambah meluat dengan perangai & tingkahlaku politik pemimpin UMNO.
p/s Apapun Tun Mahathir & Tan Sri Isa adalah pejuang UMNO sejati!
